He was predeceased by: his parents, Kerth Mullenax and Jane Mullenax (Little); his brothers, Ronald Mullenax and Larry Mullenax; and his grandson Joshua Kubiak.
He is survived by: his wife Mary (Wear); his children, Scott Mullenax (Kristie), Ginny Kubiak (Bill) and Julie Cummins (Phil); his grandchildren, Cory Cummins (Colleen), Megan Warren (Justin), Kayleigh Newland (Caleb), Matthew Kubiak, Emily Mullenax, Molly Kubiak and Ryan Cummins; and his great grandchild Madilyn Cummins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Orwell North Presbyterian Church (135 N Maple St, Orwell, OH 44076). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to be made to the Church.
