She was predeceased by : her parents, Allen Andrew Smith and Rose Irene Smith (Fleming); her husband Donald E. Ullman; her brother Allen G. Smith; and her grandsons, Shawn and Shane Jones.
She is survived by : her children, Diane Kempf (Paul) of Hulbert, OK., Donette Embaugh (David) of Sunbury, OH. and Debbie Long (Jack) of Charleston, SC.; her grandchildren, Hannah Baccus (Matthew), Elizabeth Peck (Jonathan), Rochelle Carlson (Caleb), Rebekah Stevenson (Paul), Caleb Kempf, Heather Mobley (Rebekah Fraley) and Andrew Mobley (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Mahayla, Aidan, Judah, Payton, Lily, Rose, Joseph, David, Jessica, Oliver, Ruby, Paul Charles, William, Tatiana, Andrew, Khloe and Tyler; and her siblings, James Berry (Debra), Timothy Smith, Paul Smith, Debbie Barton (Smith), Margaret Smith and Jana Smith.
