She was predeceased by : her parents, Nimrod Loy and Effie Loy (Clark); her husband George "Bob" Hayes; her children, George Hayes Sr. and Mary Osborn; and her siblings, George Loy, John Joy, Floyd Loy and Irene Petrige.
She is survived by : her children, Effie Clark of Radnor and Les Hayes of Florida; her grandchildren, Jessy, Tina, Rosanna, Lisa, Carie, Greg, Todd, Shawn and Shane; her great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Cienna, Mason, Savanah, Colton, Brett, Samantha and Tabitha; and her great great grandchildren, KarliAnn, Kaysleigh and Grayson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
