He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Maag and Jeanette Maag (Recker); and his sister Rose Ann Maag. He is survived by: his parent-in-law Beverly Maag; his children, Kirsten Maag of Wadsworth and Tim Maag (Marissa) of Ottawa; and his siblings, Roger Maag (Nita) of Celina, Mary Rose Ellerbrock (Kevin) of Glandorf, Sharon Brown (Steve) of Glandorf and Grant Street Tavern.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Love Funeral Home - Ottawa (405 E 3rd St, Ottawa, OH 45875). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
