She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Weis and Mary Weis (Drummelsmith); her sister Darla Mangas; her sister-in-law Mary Kay Weis; her son-in-law Chuck Ruffing; and her grandson Andrew Smith.

She is survived by : her daughters, Amy Horstman of Findlay, Shari Ruffing of Clyde, Connie Cerney (Bobby) of Bloomington, IN and Lisa Smith (Darin) of Dalton; her grandchildren, Tyler, Claire Cerney, Gretta, Josie and Janie Smith; her siblings, Donna Utrup (Dale) of Ottawa and Bill Weis of Ottawa; and her brother-in-law Ed Mangas of Leipsic.
