She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Chapin and Bernadine Chapin (Olson); and her brothers, Bob Chapin and Ralph "Scoop" Chapin. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" McComas; her children, Greg McComas (Diana) of Beverly Hills, Joni Kuhlman (Dave) of Ottawa and Julie Borer (Mark) of Glandorf; and her siblings, Jerry Chapin (Judy) of Monmouth, Ronnie Chapin of Oquawka, Illinois. and Kay Emery of Oquawka, Illinois.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
