With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael S. Mack D. of Ottawa, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on December 31, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen A. Mack and Virginia Mack (Sanecki). He is survived by: his wife Julie Mack (Shea); his daughters, Laura Roberts (David) and Andrea Francis (Osama); his grandchildren, Nathan Roberts, Katherine Hudak and Abigail Francis; his sister Annette Custer (Jeffery); and his close friends, Kelly, Renee, Travis, Amber, Paul and Cynthia.
In lieu of flowers, Dr. Mack would strongly encourage donations be made to one of his favorite charities: The Cherry Street Mission or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
