It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip A. Cramer of Ottawa, Ohio, who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cramer and Marguerite Cramer (Ulm); his wife Barbara Shaner; and his siblings, Charles, Carroll, Larry, Dan, Jack, Marilyn and Mary Lou.
He is survived by: his sister Jane Livingston (Tom); and his son Michael Cramer (Pam). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Delphos First Assembly of God Church (808 Metbliss Ave, Delphos, OH 45833).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Delphos First Assembly of God Church.
