We bid farewell to Phyllis A. Frey of Ottawa, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 6, 2024 at the age of 78. Phyllis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Kaufman and Lucy Kaufman (Frank); her son Gregory Frey; her brothers, Richard, Virgil, Ralph, Harold and Tom Kaufman; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Morman, Ron Yant, Kathleen Kaufman, Carol Kaufman of Glandorf and Irene Kaufman.
She is survived by: her significant other Robert F. Frey III; her children, Robert IV Frey (Tammy) of McComb and Deana Salsburey (Scott) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Breanna Scarberry (Aaron), Robert Frey V, Riley Frey, Mallory Salsburey, Taylor Dukes (Cody), Kaydree Frey, Brandon Frey and Kadon Frey; her great grandchildren, Gavin Scarberry and Avery Dukes; her siblings, John Kaufman of Ottawa, Irene Morman of Ottawa, Rosemary Wolke (Tom) of Glandorf and Joyce Yant of Ottawa; and her sister-in-law Lenora Kaufman of Ottawa.
