He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Drerup and Irene Drerup of Ottawa, Ohio.; his wife Jill; his children, Andrew Drerup (Amanda) and Elizabeth McGaughey (Matthew); his grandchildren, Daniel McGaughey, Carter Drerup and Paige Drerup; his siblings, Brian Drerup (Fabiola) and Cheryl Holtgreven (Len); and his siblings-in-law, Timothy Turnock and Carol Eyster (Doug). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Richard to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society or the V Foundation.
