He was predeceased by: his mother Marvel Rae Purk (Mefferd); his brothers, Dick, David and Daniel Purk; and his granddaughter Grace Kieper.
He is survived by: his father Robert Purk; his daughters, Jessica Trinko (David) of Ottawa and Kelli Kieper (Matt) of Rossford; his grandchildren, Emma Pruss, Elisabeth Trinko, Gretchen Kieper, Nolan Kieper, Jillian Trinko, Anna Trinko and Mila Trinko; and his siblings, Larry Purk (Rita) of Montpelier and Rose Ann Purk of Van Wert.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Love Funeral Home - Ottawa (405 E 3rd St, Ottawa, OH 45875). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
