We are sad to announce that, on February 21, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Stephen Hayes (Ottawa, Ohio), born in Van Wert, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon B. Hayes and Gretchen A. Hayes (Fetters); his sister-in-law Lori Hayes; and his nephew Donald G. "Donny" Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen J. "Katie" Condict; his children, Rachel A. Longstreth (Mike) of Delaware, Sharon E. Hayes of Delaware, Stephen B. Hayes (Leah) of Ottawa and Gracie K. Hayes of Ottawa; and his grandson Aiden J. Longstreth.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Melanoma Research or Breast Cancer Research at the James Cancer Hospital in Columbus, to your own local church, or to the Ottawa-Glandorf High School Band.
