She was predeceased by : her father Forrest Wallace Cartee; her husband Hassel Blackburn; and her siblings, Gary, Emil, Harold Cartee, Faye Cartee, Lorrena Cartee Henry and Wilma Cartee Gifford.

She is survived by : her sons, David Blackburn (Debbie Blackburn) of Chillicothe and Danny Blackburn of Otway; her sisters, Phyllis Cartee Micucci and Mary Cartee Brannigan; her grandchildren, Traci Shnider, Bryan Blackburn, Carissa Vanover, Ashley Blackburn and Alyssa Logan; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Sydney, Forrest, Wyatt, Gradi, Dylan and Davin.
