She was predeceased by : her father Walter E. Meadows; her husband Philip R. McGuire; her son Jason Lee Dunham; her brothers, Johnny Clifford Meadows Sr. and David Ronald Meadows; her brother-in-law Danny Ray Colley Sr.; and her grandchildren, Megan Meadows and Jordan Tyler Dunham.

She is survived by : her children, Angela Culver (Meadows), Johnny Ray Meadows and Ricky Dunham; her grandchildren, Erica Culver, Courtney Culver (Tyler), Sierra Grooms (Dewey), Johnny Ray Meadows Jr. (Erin), Cody Meadows (Courtney), Jacob Meadows (Jordan), Dylan Meadows and Laiken Crabtree (Chad); her great grandchildren, Deegan Grooms, Brynn Grooms, Kennedy Latta, Imery Meadows, Kairi Meadows, Gunner Jenkins, Elaina Dunham and Jaseleigh Dunham; her siblings, Diana Colley, Marianne Crisp, Walter R. Meadows (Paula) and Timothy Sperry; and her sisters-in-law, Candy Meadows and Carol Meadows.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to SOMC Hospice.
