We announce the death of Roxie Ann Ross of Otway, Ohio, who passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 99. Roxie Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy O Ewing and Tilley Ann Pegg Ewing; her husband Harland A Ross; her son Acie Ross; and her stepdaughter Shirley Miller.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Keith Ross (Melissa), Tangi Perkins (Danny), Ruth Ross (Jeff), Paula Arde (Doug) and Rachel Meyer (George); and her daughter-in-law Billie Ross. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.

The family respectfully requests in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the funeral home.
