He is survived by: his wife Daisy Madden Stevens; his sisters, Shirley Hackworth and Betty Jordan; and his children, Angela Smith, Thomas Stevens (Roxanne), Betty Hughes (Rick), Jeffrey Stevens (Steph), Brian Davis (Tiffany), Leeann Stevens and Joseph Davis. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
