He was predeceased by : his brother Jimmy Humphrey. He is survived by : his son Fred Zadek (Lucy); his sister Nancy Zadek; his grandchildren, Faith, Freddie, Dakota and Braden Zadek; his niece Nicole Callahan (John); and also Cameron. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
