She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Levy and Agnes Levy (Nourse); and her husband James Holmes Farrell Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Tony Farrell (Annie), Amy Stern (Steve), Mark Farrell (Raf Jimenez) and Nicholas Farrell (Laura); and her grandchildren, Abby Farrell, Max Farrell, David Stern, Drew Stern, Thomas Farrell and Logan Farrell.
