She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Hammitte and Sherman Hammitte; her husband Dewey Ayers; her sons, Gary Ayers and Danny Ayers; and her grandson Tim Guttridge.
She is survived by: her children, Mitzie Wilson (Bill) of Oxford, OH, Sue Guttridge (late Atwood) of Walton, KY and Dean Ayers (Polly) of Wesley Chapel, FL.; and her siblings, Kenneth Hammitte of Hamilton, AL and Schmidt of Zephyrhills, FL.. She is also survived by her 30 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, and 15 great-great grandchildren.
