She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore Willoughby and Maude Willoughby (Curtain); her husband James L. Vaughan; and her children, Wayne Vaughan and Teresa Vaughan.

She is survived by : her children, Victoria Albaugh, Thomas Vaughan (Michelle) and Mike Vaughan (Betty); her grandchildren, Aimee Vaughan, Devan, Christopher Albaugh, Abbigale, Jonathan, James, Samual, Phillip Vaughan and Brandi Moore; her great grandchildren, Jameson Hunter, Fiyera, Simon Albaugh, James, Tatum, Jonathan and Nicoli Moore; and her daughter-in-law Michele Vaughan.

A graveside service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Arlington Cemetery (9150 National Rd, Brookville, OH 45309).
