He was predeceased by: his father William E. Honchell Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Honchell (Johnson); his siblings, William E. Honchell Jr. (Bill) and Lissa Bowen (Tim); his stepchildren, Maggie Shamp (Matt) and Drew Evers; his grandsons, Nicholas and Nathan Shamp; his niece Taylor Honchell; his nephews, Mitchell Bowen and Alex Bowen (Bryan); and his great-niece Alesana Asher. He is also survived by his children, nieces, and nephews.
In honor of Steve's love of family, and in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Good Work Collective, a nonprofit supporting youth aging out of foster care.
