It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Franklin Ferrell in Painesville, Ohio, who passed away on May 6, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Floyd Ferrell and Ella Mae Ferrell (Myers); his sisters, LorEllen Walker, Ruby Soss (Jean), Sandra Lou Knee, Carolyn Frances Webster and Charlotte Penney Bryant; his in-laws, John and Jane Smith; and his brother-in-law John Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Bette Ferrell (Smith); his children, Lisa Ferrell (Steve Hughes), Butch Ferrell Jr. (Katlin), Becky Cumberledge (John) and Scott Ferrell Sr.; and his siblings, Phyllis Kippes (Karen) and James Ferrell (Pete). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
