He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Armstrong and Virginia Armstrong (Fogle); and his siblings, Don, Jimmy, Billy and Anna.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Armstrong (Hooper); his children, Kim Armstrong (John Crawford), Tracey Sitz (Tom) and Rich Armstrong (Darleen); his grandchildren, Jayme Skoczen (Kyle), Lauren Mackovjak (Eric), Zack Sitz, Alexis Armstrong (Brandon) and Connor Armstrong; and his great grandchildren, Lennon and Hazel Mackovjak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve in Fred's name.
