He is survived by: his parents, Edward Gant (Karen) and Fredia James; his wife Joanne (Ziegler); his son Sedale James; his stepchildren, Paris Gutierrez (Jose) and Mashayla James; his grandchildren, Avionne Pryor, Ariel Gutierrez, Rosella James and Asaiah Gutierrez; his siblings, Anthony James, Lillian James, Wendell James, Latoya McMillan, Roberta James, Robin James, Tony James, Andre Gant, Eddie Gant, Jr., Tonya Jones, Deondra Gant and Delani Gant; and his mother-in-law Janet DeLong. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and nieces and nephews.
