He is survived by : his wife Linda Musacchio (Luciani); his sons, James Musacchio Jr. (Heidi Skok) and John Anthony Musacchio (Dynora); his sister Anna Musacchio; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Nicco, Roman, Nina and Sophia Musacchio; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Noah, Ezra, Magnolia, Ivy and Titus Musacchio; and his sisters, Theresa Phillips and Pauline Kortyna.
