He is survived by: his wife Diane Guess-Sloban; his children, Heather Clark (Rick), Julie Warmuth, Janet Warmuth, Rachel Gascon, Rebecca Bowers, Jessica Guess (Tara), Bob Sloban (Natalie) and Timothy Judkins (Amanda); and his siblings, Rick Sloban (Donna), Timothy Sloban (Kelly), Patty Sloban Moskal (Walt), Kathy Holser Finotti (Dennis) and Susan Finotti. He is also survived by four granddaughters and two grandsons; two great-grandsons.
