He was predeceased by: his daughter Jenelle Forristal; his parents, Joseph E. Forristal and Rita Forristal Sr.; his siblings, Leonard Forristal, Russell Forristal, Mickey Preckler (Larry) and Dee Dee Clark (Alan); and his brothers-in-law, Danny Ziemak and Dennis Litwinick.
He is survived by: his children, Faith Stocksbury (Robert), Joseph Forristal (Pam), Keith Forristal (Pamela), Vernon Forristal (Mandi), Matthew Forristal (Amanda), Angela Painter (Mark) and Brandon Forristal (Sacha); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Lauren, Madison, Kaitlyn, Emily, Chloe, Jenna, Brooke, Josh, Alex, Zack, Rylee, Samantha, Jacob, Rebecca, Calab, Amber, Haley and Sydney; his great grandchildren, Caden, Juniper, Hunter, Noah, Dawson, Scarlett, Hadley, Ryson, Dalaynee, Lilyee and Brysen; his siblings, James Forristal, Bobby Forristal, Terry Ziemak and Barbara Litwinick; and his former wife Gracie Slabey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home (38001 Euclid Ave, Willoughby, OH 44094). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at the Willoughby Memorial Gardens (38650 Lakeshore Blvd, Willoughby, OH 44094).
