We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Karen Heidemann of Painesville, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Kathryn Brokaw and Paul Brokaw; and her brother Paul "Butch" Brokaw. She is survived by : her close friend Myrna; her husband Werner Heidemann; her children, Tommy Clifford (Lynn), Nicole Kelley (Tim) and Melissa Heidemann; her grandchildren, Cassidy, Colin, Tara, Willow, Matt, Adam, Alena, Samantha, Ryan and Caitlin; and her siblings, Bill Brokaw and Faith Brokaw Marzi.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home (6330 Center St, Mentor, OH 44060). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, please go out and purchase yourself a scratch off ticket, lottery ticket, or if you are into that sort of thing, drop some change in a slot machine at the casino.
