She was predeceased by: her parents, James D'Abate and Mary D'Abate (Cawley); and her brothers, Kevin D'Abate and Brian D'Abate. She is survived by: her children, Paige Novak (Zack) and Anthony Miller; and her siblings, Jeff D'Abate (Esther), Eileen Harris (Thomas) and Terri D'Abate.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in care of the family for the benefit of Mary Jo's son, Anthony James "AJ" Miller.
