She was predeceased by: her husband Paul C. Heth; and her parents, Anthony Zakrajsek and Mary Zakrajsek. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa M. Keating (Michael); and her grandchildren, Brenden M. Keating, Taylor A. Keating, Andrew J. Keating and Shawn T. Keating.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home (6330 Center St, Mentor, OH 44060). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Vianney Church (7575 Bellflower Rd, Mentor, OH 44060).
