He is survived by: his wife Margarette Garrett; his children, Quentin Garrett, Matthew Garrett (Tiffany), Charity Bell, Faith Dawson, Jason Garrett and Robin Clager (Derek); and his brothers, Joseph Garrett III, David Garrett (Sherry) and Patrick Garrett (Cindy). He is also survived by "Great-Grandpa" to his eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
