He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton L. Carpenter and Alice Carpenter (Barzi); his wife Linda Carpenter (White); and his sister Charlene Carpenter. He is survived by: his children, Sandy Weissfuss (John), Ron Carpenter Jr. (Lori) and Steven Carpenter; his stepchildren, Kimberly Kelly and Jerry Gillman (Marcella); his grandchildren, John, Michael, Alan, Kacey, Jessi, Julianna, Jason and Christine; his cousin Hermine "Dolly" Morrow; and his friends, Dan Tirabasso and Debbie Katila.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home (667 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH 44077).
