She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle O. Cohagan and June Myrtle Cohagan (Corcoran); her husband Carmen A. Carlucci Sr.; and her siblings, Merle Cohagan, Marilyn Graham (Hugh) and Peggy Cohagan.

She is survived by: her children, Carmen Carlucci Jr. (Alicia) and Lisa Alston (Leon); her siblings, John "Jim" Cohagan (Jan), Michael "Mick" Cohagan (Gail) and Maureen McNeil (Bob); and her grandchildren, Gabriella, Gianna, Giuliana, Cullen and Ariana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
