She is survived by: her grandchildren, Laura Crea, Andrew Lombardy (Kali), Nick Lombardy (Whitney), Samuel Smith, Kyle Smith and Benjamin Smith; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Josie, Banks, Boston and Navy; her nephew Christopher Loxterman (Sharie); Gayle Haase (Cynthia Nash), Colleen Hughes (John), James Haase and Melissa Smith (Greg).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lake County Animal Shelter or for Pulmonary Fibrosis research.
