It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Runyon (Painesville, Ohio), who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As William departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved William. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde C. Runyon Sr. and Janice Sue Runyon (Atkins). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Runyon (Handler); his daughter Margaret Ann Runyon (Scott Wilson); and his pets, Chip, Millie and Finn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home (667 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH 44077). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
