She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Sorah and Myrtle Sorah (Robinson); her husband Buster "Buck" Prater; her son Jackie Lee; and her sisters, Judith Ann Sorah and Helen Mullins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Gehret (Tommy) and Rhoda Kale (Mark); her grandchildren, Nichole Prater, Cody Kale (Laura) and Logan Kale; her great grandchild Carter; and her siblings, Edith Boles, Karla Worley and Joe Sluss. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
