He is survived by : his children, Christina Yost (Jerry), David and Douglas MacIntyre (Pamela); and his sister Marie MacIntyre. He is also survived by five grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Paradise United Church of Christ (619 E Main St, Louisville, OH 44641). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
