She was predeceased by: her husband Allan; and her sisters, Ethel Jackson and Louise Ziebro. She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Lynn) and Chris (Mary); her grandchildren, Stephen, Allison, Nathan, Zachary, Kimberly, Sarah and Andrew; and her sister Elaine Barney.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Frances's name should be made to Crossroads Hospice or St. Bridget of Kildare Parish.
