She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome A. Johnson (Jerry). She is survived by: her sister Ila Williams; her children, Mark Johnson (Mary) of Findlay, OH, Kimberly Carr (Dave) of Atlanta, GA and Colleen Johnson (Ed Hoge) of Warsaw, OH; her granddaughters, Jeramey Shaw (Matt), Abigail Johnson, Brianne Carr, Morgan Carr and Shelby Strohl (Zach); and her great grandchildren, Millie and Emmie Shaw.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Martyrs Catholic Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
