It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Katharina Hack of Parma Heights, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 99, on September 23, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Jung and Margaretta Jung; her husband Jakob Hack; her son Fred; and her siblings, Peter, Liesl, Riesl, Margaret, Leo, Leine, Karl, Annie and Franky.
She is survived by: her son Jack; her grandchildren, Fred Jr., Carla (Mike), Kristin (Justin), Tiffany (Josh) and Matthew; her great great grandchildren, Lucas, Ethan, Emily, Marcus and Wyatt; and her sister Willie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Et Sunset Chapel (6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Holy Family Hospice in her memory.
