He is survived by : his children, Jennifer (Andy) and Adam (Kelly); his grandchildren, Carter, Weston and Everly; and his siblings, Jan (Bill), Bruce (Becky), Dot (Bill), Peggy (Dave), Angie (Bill), Levi (Laura) and Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests kind hearted donations towards Max's medical bills.
