He was predeceased by: his son Michael Dempsey (Dee); his parents, Annette Poutz and Joseph Poutz; and his brother Robert Poutz. He is survived by: his children, Bill Poutz (late Cindy), Jody Meyers (David), Linda Scott (David) and Dan Poutz (Pam); his grandchildren, Todd, Shawn, Rachelle, Jamie Meyers, Jennifer Swetnam, Lisa Scott, Danny and Stephanie Poutz; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Cameron, Henry, Teddy, Bryce, Oliver and Mira.
