He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dadas and Paraskevy Dadas; and his sister Cathy Manolas. He is survived by: his wife Rosalyn; his children, Paul Dadas, Chris Dadas (Tina) and Lauren Dyer; his grandsons, Christopher Dadas, Alex Dadas, Wyatt Dyer and Beau Dyer; and his brother Mike Dadas (Georgia).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Paul Benevolent Fund.
