She is survived by: her husband Harry Henry Fernback, Jr.; her children, Joseph Edward Fernback (Pamela), Lynda Marie Konet (Jim) and Lauri Jean Stash (Andy); her grandchildren, Michael (Rachael), Joseph, Nicolas, Emily, Amanda, James and Kieran; and her great grandchildren, Danny, Brady, Michael, Jack, Jazmine and Lily.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ripepi Community Center (5784 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44129).
