It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cedric F Plavney (Parma, Ohio), who passed away on December 25, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno Plavney and Pearle Plavney; and his siblings, Robert Plavney, James Plavney and Gail Pestich.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise; his children, Christa Barnhizer (Dan) of Onondaga, MI and Eric Plavney of North Ridgeville; his granddaughters, Mairead Nicholson (Adam) of Dyer, IN and Lydia Barnhizer of Onondaga, MI; and his siblings, Crystal Butch (Russ) and Mitchell Plavney.
