She was predeceased by : her parents, Bruno Bianucci and Mary Bianucci; her husband Richard Sample; and her siblings, Viola Kuftic (Andy), Tootie Maslowski (Chester), Alex Bianucci (Juanita), Mario Bianucci (Mary) and Dino Bianucci.

She is survived by : her children, Wayne Sample and Lynn Gerda (Don); and her grandchildren, Natalie Spohrer (Steve), Luke Sample, Nicole, Doug and Eric Gerda. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Columbkille Church (6740 Broadview Rd, Parma, OH 44131).
