She was predeceased by: her pets, Bella, Pikachu and Princess; and her grandparents, John, Rosalie Lizanich and Jordan Levy.
She is survived by: her parents, John Lizanich and Kelly Lizanich; her brother Chaz Sheets (Mallory); her nephew Kezlin; and her grandmother Dolores Awarski. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Busch Funeral Home (7501 Ridge Rd, Parma, OH 44129). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In keeping with the generous spirit she carried throughout her life, Destiny will give others a second chance at life through the gift of organ donation.
