He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Bernadine; his children, Timothy, Bruce (Pamela), Judith Soroczak (Dennis), Patricia Estok (Steven) and Barbara Slater (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Kristen Orosz (Alex), Matthew Soroczak (Mary), Jacob Gaines, Heather of Washington, Danielle Soroczak, Megan Cummins (Michael), Nichole Slater, James Soroczak, Kalista Slater, Brooke Slater, Lana and Sydney Estok; and his sister Marie Matyasevich.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 17th 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zabor Funeral Home (5680 Pearl Rd, Parma, OH 44129). A funeral mass was held on Wednesday, January 18th 2023 at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to YMCA Greater Cleveland and St. Francis DeSales Holy Name Society.
