With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eugenia Abakumow (Parma, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Eugenia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Iwan; her children, Georg Abakumov (Tatiana) and Ala Abakumova; her grandchildren, Maxim, Irina, Kira, Ivan, Alexey and Ruslan; and her siblings, Taisa Mahlay (Peter) and Helen Valore (late A. Richard).
