He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Johnny Ray Casto, Jr. (Shelly), James Casto and Amanda Formosa; his grandchildren, Johnny Ray Casto III (Alyssa), Austin Casto, Anthony Casto (Emma), Kenny Johnson and Ashley Johnson; his great grandchildren, Johnny Ray Casto IV, Jeremiah and Jameson; and his sisters, Karen Thomas (late William) and Dolores Miller (late Jim).
